Dear customer, we have allocated 4 pick up slots from 10am to 6pm only, with 2 hours interval. The pick up slots only available 3 hours upon your order confirmation. For same day pick up, customer have to place order before 12.59pm to secure 4pm slot. Thank you for shopping with us.

AEON RETAIL CLICK & COLLECT CAMPAIGN

 

Please read the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out below carefully before ordering any Products or services listed on https://customerengagement.aeonsolutionscenter.com/customer-ordering (“Website”). By visiting our Website and ordering any Products from this Website, you agree that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions of the AEON Group Click & Collect Campaign (“Campaign”), and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

 

  1. USER INFORMATION

 

1.1             Before placing an order from the Website, you agree to provide us with the accurate and valid required information, registered mobile number or phone number and email address for the fulfillment of order.

 

1.2             You warrant that:

a)             All the provided information is correct and complete and shall inform us immediately of any changes of the provided information;

b)             You are eighteen (18) years old and above;

c)             The items purchased are for your own consumption/use and strictly prohibited for resale;

d)             You have acknowledged and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

 

  1. ORDERING

 

2.1             Campaign Period

The website will only accept ordering from 23rd March 2020 until 09th June 2020 or such other date to be decided by us at our sole discretion.

All of the above stores shall collectively refer as “Outlets”.

b)             For avoidance of doubt, the list of Outlets is not exhaustive and it may be revised by us from time to time.

 

2.3             Products

a)                Only selected products listed on the Website are available (“Products”) for ordering.

b)           Any additional request of purchase for any item other than Products is subject to availability. We regret we are unable to fulfill orders for wine, liquor and/or non-halal food items.

c)                The availability of the Products as presented in our Website depends on the stock in the respective Outlets and we shall not guarantee that all the items you ordered will be available.  

d)             We reserve our rights to set limits for quantity of Products that you may order, either by limiting the total amount of Products in your single order and/or setting a limit for each Product. If the quantities of your order exceed either of these limits, we reserve the right to amend or cancel your order. In such event, we will at our endeavor to inform you in advance prior to your selected pick up time slot.

e)                We will be packing strictly based on the quantities indicated in your order. Any requests for variation will not be entertained.

 

2.4             Products Price

a)                   All prices listed on the Website are guide prices only and are only approximate figures. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time.

b)                   Upon placement of the order, you have agreed to pay to us the Grand Total Price contained therein and Packaging Charges (if any).

c)                   Prices are inclusive of relevant taxes imposed by Malaysian Government and it will be displayed on the Website when you place your order at your check out cart.

d)                   In the event the Grand Total Price is varied, this may be due to the changing in stock prices or technical errors, as the case may be.

 

2.5             Ordering Procedures

a)                   Placing order

i)              You shall enter the number of quantities for each Products that you wish to purchase in the slot available.

ii)            You shall fill in all the required customer details in order to proceed with your purchase.

iii)          You shall ensure all the information including your order details, personal details, and date and time slot are accurate, and selected prior to the confirmation of your order.

iv)           Upon your confirmation, you may submit your order to us.

v)             For avoidance of doubt, order must be placed at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the selected pick up date and timeslot.

 

b)                   Confirmation of Order

i)              Upon successful ordering, you will receive a phone call or WhatsApp from our personnel. In the event any particulars of your ordering are inaccurate, you shall immediately inform our personnel during the said phone call or via WhatsApp.

ii)            Maximum three (3) reminders will be made via WhatsApp. If you are uncontactable after three (3) reminders/ attempts, such order will be automatically cancelled and any request for reactivation will not be entertained.

 

c)                   Pick up

i)              You shall present valid ordering record and identity card for verification purpose upon placing and picking up your order at the selected Outlets. We shall at our sole discretion decline/refuse to hand over the order to you if you fail to provide the necessary information upon request.

ii)            During the Campaign Period, you may select to pick up your order at the selected Outlets from 10am to 6pm daily.

iii)          Last confirmation order must be placed before 1pm. Any order received on or after 1pm, will be ready for collection the next day provided that confirmation has been finalised between you and our personnel. 

iv)           Save for the situation iii) above, all the order must be picked up on selected date and timeslot. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.

 

  1. PAYMENT

 

3.1             All payments of the order must be made upon collection at the selected Outlets.

3.2             No cash payment allowed.

3.3             Only cashless payment method is acceptable, including but not limited to Mastercard, Visa card, union pay, AEON Pay, AEON Gift Vouchers or any other cashless payment method indicated by us from time to time.

3.4             You shall present your member card prior to any payment made to entitle the AEON member points under the AEON member card or AEON member plus card programmes. Failing which any request for AEON member or AEON member plus points will not be entertained. 

 

  1. CANCELLATION, REJECTION, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

 

4.1                Cancellation

a)                Save and except for the circumstances contained herein, no request for cancellation will be entertained.

b)                We may cancel your order if your selected Products are not available.

 

4.2                Rejection and amendment

a)                   You are advised to check, inspect and examine your order/Products upon collection.

b)                   You are entitled to reject any of the Products that you deem unacceptable by giving valid reason to our personnel. We reserve the rights to accept or decline your request and our decision is final.

c)                   You are allowed to amend your order including add or reduce the quantity of the ordered items at the time of collection. Once payment has been made, no request for amendment will be entertained. 

d)                   The amount of the rejected or reduced items will be deducted from your payable bill.

e)                   If you are unable to receive your order, you may proceed to make a separate order that includes your desired items.

 

4.3             Refund and Exchange

a)                   No refund or request for refund after payment will be entertained.

b)                   You may request to exchange your items by visiting the selected Outlets’ customer service counter with the proof of purchase and the items subjected that such request shall be made within eight (8) days from the date of purchase for AEON BIG (M) SDN. BHD. or fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase for AEON CO. (M) BHD. 

 

  1. GENERAL

 

5.1             Parties relationship

 

a)                There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until you have actually pick up your order and pay at the selected Outlets.

b)                Nothing said or done by us shall be considered as any acceptance of your offer until you have collected and pay your order at the selected Outlets.

c)                For avoidance of doubt, by placing an order with us, you hereby acknowledged and agreed that you have entering a contract with AEON and to liaise with us directly for any matter arising from or in relation to your order.

 

5.2             Feedback

We take our customers’ feedback seriously and aim to response within four (4) working hours or such period that AEON deems fit. Please call AEON careline at 1300-80-2366 or email your feedback to feedback@aeonretail.com.my.  

 

5.3             Personal Data

You have expressly authorized us to collect, use, store or otherwise process your personal information and verifying your credit or debit card, investigate complaints and suspected suspicious transaction, and improve service usage and for marketing and credit control purposes (“Purpose”). The Purpose may include the disclosure of your personal information to receive offers and promotions from us or our affiliates and group companies from time to time where we believe the services offered by us or such third party may be of interest of you or where this is required by law or in order to provide the services to you.

 

5.4             Limit of Liabilities

a)                We endeavor to ensure that the information on this Website is correct and error-free at all times. Despite our best efforts, we do not warrant that the Website will always be error-free and that the use of Website will be fit for purpose, timely and that defects will be corrected, and that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website and we do not make any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, relating to fitness for purpose, or accuracy.

b)                We do not accept any liability for any delays, failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, viruses or other contamination or destructive properties transmitted to you or your computer system via our Website.

c)                We have taken all reasonable steps to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers or those of third parties.

 

5.5             Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services where such failure arises as a result of any act or omission, which is beyond our control such as all overwhelming and unpreventable events caused directly and exclusively by forces of nature that can be neither anticipated, nor controlled, nor prevented by the exercise of prudence, diligence, and care, including but not limited to: war, riot, fire, thunderstorm, lightning flood, earthquake, typhoon, strike, pandemic or other natural disaster, impossibility of the use of railways, motor transport or public or private transport, impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications network, civil commotion; compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction and acts of third parties (collectively “Event of Force Majeure”).

 

5.6             No warranties

We exclude all implied warranties, terms and conditions to the extent that is legally permitted. We shall not be liable for any loss of money, goodwill, reputation, indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of our Website and/or our services.

 

5.7             Indemnity

You shall indemnify us, our directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or cost (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your use of this Website or breach of this Terms and Conditions and/or agreement, if any.

 

5.8             Alteration of terms

We reserve the right to modify or update our Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for any changes in our Terms and Conditions every time before placing your order.

 

5.9             Entire agreement

The Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, any order form and payment instructions constitute the entire agreement between you and us. No other terms whether expressed or implied shall form part of this Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other term or provision on the Website, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

 

5.10          Severability

If any term or condition herein shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the parties hereby agree that such term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue in force without such term or condition.

 

5.11          Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

 

5.12          Waiver

No delay or failure on our part to enforce our rights or remedies under this Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver on our part of such rights or remedies unless such waiver is confirmed in writing.

 

5.13          Breach or violation

A breach or violation by you of any of our Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate termination of provision of services to you without further reference to you.

 

5.14          Definition

“AEON Group” shall mean AEON CO. (M) BHD. and AEON BIG (M) SDN. BHD.

“Packaging Charges” shall mean the costs of packaging depends on the number of biodegradable plastic bag used for packing all Products of your order.

 

PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010

In compliance with the laws of Malaysia, you hereby consent and authorize AEON Group to collect, process, to safe keep the required details and to disclose your personal details to the related parties involve in organizing this “AEON Group Drive Thru Campaign”. Any withdrawal of your consent given shall be made in writing and received by AEON Group before the expiry of the Campaign Period and in such event, you shall be deemed to have withdrawn from this Campaign.

Sebarang penarikan balik persetujuan yang diberikan, anda hendaklah menulis kepada AEON Group sebelum tamat Tempoh Kempen ini dan dalam keadaan yang sedemikian, anda adalah dianggap telah menarik diri daripada menyertai kempen ini.
